Right of return

You can return received goods without giving any reason within 30 days by sending it back. The period shall begin when this notification has been received (e.g. letter, fax. e-mail), however not before the goods have been received by the customer (not before the first partial delivery in case of recurring delivery) and not prior to fulfilment of our information duties according to article 246 § 2 in conjunction with §1 section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312g section 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with the article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The return of goods that cannot be shipped as a package (e.g. bulky goods) may be requested by sending a written declaration. Compliance with the deadline requires only the return on time of the goods or of the request for return. In any case the return of the goods shall take place at our expense and risk. Consequences of return
In case of an effective return, the mutually received services and if so derived benefits must be returned. In case of deterioration and use (e.g. benefits of use) of the goods which are not returned, partially returned or returned in bad condition, you shall have to compensate for the respective value. We recommend you to insure the return of goods sufficiently, because we cannot be held liable for deterioration or loss during the shipment.
